Super simple and the instructions were perfect

I had never had rice noodle before and was pleasantly surprised by how good they are. They cook quickly, they hold up well even when slightly overcooked. Texture and flavor are great and I will be buying these regularly now. They are not expensive at all and they are easy on my glucose tolerance levels. Rice instead of wheat, much better for you.Highly recommend!

These noodles break a part easily. For the thickness of the noodle I expected something sturdier. I only boiled them 2 minutes and they were still breaking a part after cooking. The flavor is great. But the hardiness of the noodle isn't up to par. Still a decent item.

A+ These are great for yakisoba. Cook and cool very quickly. We like these so much that we have them on auto-ship.

The taste was terrible

First let me say that the noodles are fine and fresh and received safely. I love Yakisoba and thought I would make some with the right kind of noodles (instead of the usual ramen type used in restaurants) which was a mistake because the taste of these (not the fault of the noodles) was repugnant (just me) so I gave them away after trying 3 times in dishes I love to see if they would grow on me -- but no --

They are very good.

When I don’t need wheat free soba these are my favorite soba noodles. I buy them in bulk (6-pack) every few months so I can make my Japanese noodle soup
