Each Omega-3 1000mg High EPA/DHA capsule provides almost twice the levels of EPA & DHA as our regular Omega-3 1000mg, with 33% of the fatty acids as EPA and 22% as DHA (versus 18% & 12% in our standard capsules). And of course, all of our fish oils are refined to reduce levels of heavy metals, dioxins & PCBs to below EU-required levels.
