Maui JimKawika Fashion Sunglasses

This is my second pair. I bought my first pair at a local Specs retailer for $300. This pair came with the same official carrying case and Hawaiian themed drawstring bag. Vision is very clear compared to other cheaper brands. I did not realize this until I tried one of my other cheap pair on.Appearance:The lenses are mirror like and the color appearance from the front is variegated with a darker horizontal band through the middle. This band takes on a bluish tint in bright sunlight. This is what makes them stand out from other cheaper brands. The vision from behind the lens is not affected by this color variation.Durability:These glasses fell out of my pocket onto a concrete floor and landed perfectly on the face of the lenses. When I picked them up they appeared scratched, but after cleaning them there were no scratches visible from the outside or during wear. The appearance was as good as new.

My husbands favorite. His third pair of these exact sunglasses. He lost one and one got scratched but both of those are on him. Expensive but around what the price should be for the quality and look.

This was honestly the best pair of glasses I have ever put on. The world looks great!! Customer support seems amazing, suntime4less (the seller) sent me a very nice email just to make sure everything was good, which it is! I would recommend these glasses to anyone, the style is amazing, had my mom try the glasses on and already know what I'm going to buy her for her birthday (I have the black but plan on getting her the bronze). I hope I have these for years because I love them so much and they are truly amazing! Worth the price tag seriously

Very pricey

The sunglasses met our high expectations for this company. They are very attractive and well made. Glad that we chose them!

Faulty product. Appeared to be used when received. Amazon received this returned product on Feb 2nd. They are choosing to not provide a refund until sometime after March 5th. Do not buy product from Amazon.

I was very hesitant with buying these sunglasses and from previous experience working for the biggest sunglass retailer that is located at every mall. These are the real deal, polycarbonate lens, came in the Maui box, clamshell and lens cloth with the straw. These are well worth the money and you can not be disappointed with these shades. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to have better quality, better fit, better production and best of all Maui Jim’s warranty is the best.

These have been my favorite brand for the past 3 years, due to their style, lens technology and reliability. Recently I lost my Maui Jim Kawika's and I purchased a new one, in black. I was surprised how the new generation no longer gives a robust "clamshell" like case that was very sturdy, still have my old one thankfully. Now the sunglasses case given out is a "foldable" kind of triangle shape case that is much flimsier than the old style case. Also the quality of the glasses themselves seems to have gotten worse - mine just broke today when I had them hanging on my chest and brushed up against something... very surprising for a quality set of sunglasses, I am very disappointed....
