For background on my chewing habits:I am a female diagnosed with ADHD and I take meds to control that. What I take often causes me to grind my teeth, so I'm constantly blowing through a pack of gum nearly every other day to prevent that. I wanted to try something firmer to see if the gum would last longer. (*Note: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN CHEWING LONG ENOUGH TO NOTICE JAW DEFINITION, this review does NOT cover that).About the gum:It is a hard piece that you gotta really crack into. Getting it started was a little rough on my teeth (I didnt want to chip anything), but once it was cracked into it was a FIRM chew. In the best of ways. I knew this was going to last. I chewed a piece for maybe 2 or 3 hours before switching out (mainly because in the last hour the flavor had gone away and I was just habit chewing before i actually noticed). It had kept a strong consistency throughout.I got the mango flavor to start and the taste was good. It wasnt overpowering or overly sweet, but it was there and it lasted a long enough time otherwise. My mouth didn't feel super cakey-sugary after, and I actually felt fresh and clean. Which was nice because a lot of sweet flavored gums dont usually feel like they do anything for your mouth. I definitely want to try the mint flavor next now that I know what to expect (i usually opt for mint flavors in gum, but not too minty).I was hesitant on the price because its GUM, but for what it does, I understand. I do wish it were either slightly cheaper, but it's marketed as workout equipment for your jaw essentially, so for its price and quantity it's actually really good.TLDR; Solid firm consistency that lasts a long time, flavor is not overpowering nor underwhelming (just the right amount), great for teeth grinders and those with oral fixations, price is up there but it evens out with quantity, and would buy again.

Let’s be real – we all saw the ads. Is it tough? Yep. Does your jaw hurt after 2 pieces? Also yep. Tastes minty, lasts long, and actually makes your jaw work. Will it make you look like a Greek statue overnight? No. But it’s a fun little add-on to your routine if you’re into that mewing/lifting life

I bought the JAWCKO Ultra-Tough Chewing Gum to help with jawline workouts, and it really works! The gum is much tougher than regular gum, so it gives your jaw a good workout.Tastes Good: I tried the watermelon flavor and it was really nice and lasted long.Super Tough: You can feel your jaw working after a few minutes.Healthy Option: It’s sugar-free and vegan, which is great.Good Value: You get a lot of gum in the pack, so it lasts a long time.I've noticed some improvement in my jawline after using it regularly. Definitely worth a try if you want to train your jaw!

This stuff is really great. I bought it 5 days ago and this stuff is super tasty and I can really feel my jaw muscles being activated. If your trying to improve your jawline this stuff is a must try.+ it’s also pretty affordable and they give you about 40 pieces of gum.

Good flavor, lasts a long time, definitely chewy, the amount is good for the value, smells great. It definitely works out your jaws, will be buying more in the future.

The flavor of the gum lasts surprisingly long and it is actually a very satisfying chew! It really does work your jaw! Im overall very satisfied with the product! I will be trying other flavors!

I don’t normally write reviews but on a hardness scale on the initial bite it’s a 9/10 so be carful. You have to work it then it turns into a 8.0, use as intended. I promise these are accurate ratings lol

Compre este producto, pero al masticarlo me di cuenta que era terriblemente picoso y no pude ni con 2. Esmérense en recalcar que tiene picocidad porfavor creo que es un gran detalle.
