It's a solid design, ergonomically functional and versatile but the flaw comes from the QA/QC of the manufacturer. When I received the product, first thing I checked was the functionality of the disk such as all the LED lights was working, no cracks, no missing pieces etc. it is when I noticed that one of the disk light did not come on, at first I thought it was a dead battery. But upon closer inspection and switching fresh batteries, I noticed every time I put back the lid and screw it back on it did the same thing, It would not turn on. I noticed that the connectors came loose everytime I replaced the lid back on and would prevent a proper connection, so simple solution would be to place an electrical tape over the battery so that it won't come off. Worked like a charm but I wish if they made an Emergency device it should work 100% of the time, you rely on it to work when you need it, not when you wish you checked it. They should do a better job on inspecting these devices if they stand by on their products. A better Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks should be more thorough before sending the products to customers.

Other than the product arriving as described and working as expected, I was especially pleased and surprised that the Founder of Pacific Merchandising, Roman, reached out and messaged me to make sure my purchase of LED flares arrived in perfect condition! I mean, who does that these days? Customer service has gone to the wayside!For the price and it being a 6 pack, you can’t beat it! I’d totally recommend purchasing from Pacific Merchandising! Why?! Because I believe and have complete confidence in them! In fact, I’ve already made two more purchases since my order arrived!Mahalo to Roman and Pacific Merchandising!

I transport people with disabilities I put the LED Road Flares in the van I use thinking that they are there if I need them well I did need them that very day the van broke down in the tunnel the I93 tunnel in Boston mass I used 4 of them placed them on the rear of the van intel the state police arrived the state trooper was impressed by the LED Road Flares and Pacific Merchandising stands behind there products

Pros: the light brightness is pretty good. The color of the lights were a bit more orange than I was expecting but isn't really something to get all excited about. The LED light unit itself seems fairly durable and should take the abuse of being bounced around in the tool box and should be good for my intended use. Thumbs up-->Decent carry bag/case.Cons: I was pretty disappointed that the magnet falls right out when we attached the light to a metal surface. I will have to find some gorilla glue and secure the magnet it back on. (Perhaps I got a set that was made on a Friday.." The battery cover is a bit tough to remove. Plan on using flat head or something to pry it open.2 star deduction-->If it wasn't for the magnet falling out so easily, I would have given 5 stars.

Super happy with the LED road flares. My husband is a truck driver and it makes me feel better about his safety. There are 6 in the set so he is getting 4 and I am keeping 2. Pacific Merchandising emailed me to make sure there weren't any issues in the shipping process or damage to the items. I really appreciate that. We will do business with them again for sure.

very bright leds and good variety of flash patterns, easy to use, but having brief instructions would be a big help in getting the flashlight on or off with or without the flashing lights on.

Just saying I hope they never use them but with all emergency equipment it sure is nice if you have it if you need it.
