My only issue is the two “fingers” that hold each roll are a bit short. The TP roll sometimes falls out. I easily resolved this by inserting a slightly longer piece of PVC pipe into the TP roll before loading it into the holder.

I love that this has a sturdy bamboo shelf. I don't like that the rest is made not from metal but from some plastic composite. Many people purchasing bamboo are doing so for the lessened carbon footprint and biodegradable aspect. To pair that with plastic is counter productive. I have concerns as to how long the remainder of the product will last. Information did not specify that the remainder of the product was plastic. :-(

Is it just too weird to be excited over a toilet paper dispenser? If so, then my husband & I are REALLY WEIRD because we just installed one of the two dispenser that we recently purchased and we're just thrilled over how easy it was to install and how pretty it looks...not to mention how convenient It will now be to have "2 for the price of 1" now! And, for those wondering if it'll hold 2 "mega rolls", the answer is a resounding YES!We had to replace our old toilet paper holder because we couldn't find a replacement for the center portion of the holder that fit and needless to say we'd never find one that would match the holes in the wall. So, we elected to give this model a try and, like I said, we're thrilled. It takes 4 screws & molly's to attach to the wall and I was able to use one of the original holes as a starter hole - after that, it was a piece of cake...If I can do it, anyone can!My biggest concern is that the majority of the unit is silver plastic. Although it seems quite sturdy, I'm hoping it holds up well. The shelf is, in fact, a nice wood.

This toilet paper holder looks nice and works well. I'm using mega rolls on it and they fit fine. Haven't tried an ultra mega roll on it, but seems like there would be enough space for one.One review I read mentioned that the rolls came off easily. I found that's true when the roll got low and I pushed on the roll to keep it from turning too fast. I now keep the roll holder flap down and I don't have that problem.I did have a bit of an issue installing the holder. There are 4 mounting holes. Two of them are between the roll holder flap and the underside of the holder top, which is a narrow space. I didn't readily see a way to remove the flap and I was afraid I'd break it if I tried, since it's plastic. You can't get in that narrow space with an electric driver unless you have a bit extension. (I can't use a manual screwdriver very well due to wrist problems.) It would also be helpful to use a magnetic bit or screwdriver, as it was difficult to get the screw set into the wall anchor.Update July 2020: Added a photo showing where the mounting screws are. Also, the roll on the right is a Costco family size roll, which is a little wider than what they typically sell in other stores now. As you can see, it fits fine. I'm really glad I bought this. It looks nice and it's so handy to have a shelf!

Excellent quality and function. Easily holds the mega rolls. Extremely attractive and covers up the sheet rock holes from a previously installed product!!!.

My husband and I dont ever seem to like the same thing - Yes even Toilet Paper! After remodeling our bathroom it was so thrilling to find this Duo roll holder! Whoo-hoo! - and a cell phone shelf to-boot!

This was a disappointment, both quality-wise and the fact I paid good money for it. The wood is nice, the rest crappy, tacky silver painted plastic. I do not see a lot of future durability. Flimsy. Should have returned it.

Good product, well design, the wooden area is very solid, the toiler roll holder are plastic, not sure how durable it is after months or years. One down side is the package mounting screw, it's very cheap and does not work and won't hold the weight of this if your wall is Plaster board or Chip rock. Your best bet is to install it using a Hollow wall anchor, which can be purchase from your local hardware store or on Amazon.
