Carrot Cake Muffin Mix 13 ounce All Natural Dry Ingredient Muffin Mix

It was obvious this was a left over from 2019 Easter Holiday. When I opened the box the inside plastic bag was slit. Since I needed the mix, I used it anyway. Bad decision. The batter did not raise correctly. I bake constantly, so user error, was not the problem. Not only was I out the $13.00, I was out all the added ingredients and the purchase of another mix. If any of this product remains, do not buy it. I believe the expiry date was 04/2020.
