I've been using this for a few days and haven't noticed any great changes that this is some kind of wonder remedy. Not the most pleasant taste however the good medicines aren't supposed to be. I will update the review if I notice any discernible improvements.

Took first tub and I felt more energetic and the foggy brain was gone. It was brilliant have ordered second tub didn’t want to run out. I did try to go without for three days fatigue, forgetfulness and overrall feeling unfocussed. Restarted again with a little in my morning coffee and a couple of hours felt the effects.

I have taken the suggested dose over 2 days and I am not sure I notice any difference. I guess it needs to be taken over an extended period but at least there do not appear to be any negative side effects.This comes in small black screw top pot. The substance looks a bit like a runny version of a famous yeast extract.The pot is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions. It states a serving is a rice grain size of the product meaning you get 200 servings per pot.I mixed this in with a coffee and it was not detectable as far as taste was concerned. On its own it did not smell that good.There are quite a lot of claims about what this can do which always makes me wonder - as I understand it is comes from a resin from rocks in the Himalayas - not sure what scientific evidence there is for this but a lot of people seem to swear by it.
