The product was as described, although one piece was broken, I contacted the company and they replaced the broken piece unfortunately the replacement wasn’t correct however when I contacted the company they sent another replacement promptly. The product and customer service is excellent. This is a genuine review.

I must admit this was a panic purchase for a Christmas present because I had no idea what to get said person, yet I knew they liked custom gifts with lovely messages so thought would give it a go.Likes / ProsThe product is good quality, well made and the wording was as requested. As with all custom gifts you can get creative with what you add to it and make it tailored for your needs, the options to change size and quantity is such a great idea (although the cost skyrockets).Dislikes / ConsMy only dislike regarding this product was even after having the measurements prior to purchase when you actually see it so tiny so keep this in mind although it’s size could be benefit with regards of ease to display. Along side that the cost gets very expensive when you increase the quantity/size.Summary / Verdict.It’s a lovely custom kit, can’t fault the execution and quality of the product but this is a one off for me due to the size and cost but would recommend for a gift for those who like thoughtful custom gifts just keep an eye on the size / cost.
