The pen does not work, I can't write because the ink does not work, and the video on the pen is not viewable. Don't waste your money on this iSmartPen Pro 32GB Black Camera Pen.

As usual with Amazon, product, the iSmart arrived on time and in perfect condition. This pen is a great conversation starter. I recorded video of some friends at dinner the other night and transferred the card to my Samsung tablet. When they saw the results, they were amazed. I called the support number to find out if I could hide the date/time stamp which appears onscreen - no luck. The gentleman I spoke with (he called me back immediately after missing my call) explained that it is not possible to turn off/hide the onscreen data. He told me that they are working on an improvement for the next release. I can live with this slight annoyance, overall it is a terrific camera for the money, and the support response time was the fastest I have ever experienced. I will definitely be buying their next version, in the meantime - BUY IT!

My 3rd one, I keep upgraded to newer models!A must have if you are in need of a hidden camera, video/audio gadget.This model is easy to use!I had bought a portable battery to charge my phone on the go awhile ago. I had used it with the previous model pen and with the proper USB cord to run my iSpypen for around 6 hours of full recording. I noticed Ispypen also sells portable batteries, a must also if you don't have one!!

It would have been a 4 star review, except...This pen does what it says. With a little help. What I like the most about this transaction has been the customer service. The first pen didn't function, so I contacted the seller. I had a new one within a week. That one didn't work either. Received another within a week. Third time was charmed. They didn't even ask for the nonfunctional pens to be returned until I confirmed that the pen worked right.Their service and trust is star #5.

I baught two of these these pens. I had some suggestions and the owner of the company made it a priority to listen and render feedback. Pens work good. I use one daily and I have never had anyone all me out on it. The feature that works the best is the dummy proof turn on. No more having to figure out whether you are in camera or video mode.

It does work very well with nice picture. I wish I got silver though, the gold color is a bit loud.

Hi I am from dubai and I recently purchased this product for the second time. My humble and genuine opinion is that the pen is of real high quality, the video and audio recording is crystal clear. The price is affordable and highly ECONOMICAL for such a wonderful product. the camera is so secured inside the pen nobody can recognise. last but not the least the ISPY customer service and support system is 7star. I loved the way they respect and show concern to their customers and provide UNMATCHED SUPPORT.

Everyone I showed this pen wanted one. I am very impressed with the design and feel of the pen. The quality of the recordings are impeccable. I have purchased 4 so far as presents for my family and myself. They all think it is an awesome present. This is a great product and I will be buying more in the future.
