Tones ab muscles
So I have been using this for a few weeks now. It is a really easy way to stimulate the ab muscles and I have been trying to use it at least 1-2 times a day. While I haven’t seen any significant muscle gain, I definitely have seen the muscle tone improving. Definitely excited to continue using this product.

Lots of different settings works very well
After a while you can really start to feel your muscles. The stick gel works perfectly continuous to work well. If your thinking of getting muscle stimulation this is the one to get

Piece of crap
First day works good second day the ab piece died third day one of the arm pieces died fourth day the other one died would not recommend this to anybody waste of money
