After a week of taking these pills my cravings for sugar became much less. Also I’ve lost my appetite for nuts and dried fruits that I used to enjoy.No side effects for me, works only if you follow the diet that recommended with this product, otherwise it’s a waste of money. So if you want to do it- do it good.

A lot of people don't realise but using antibiotics a lot of the times means giving fungus so much more room to play in our body. It is normal but means you need pills like these to keep it under control. Cannot recommend these enough, didn't make me nauseous or have any other side effects.
