😆So I bought 2 different sizes. First, I got the Large and OMG it was such a GREAT relief for my back!!! I sit a lot, working from home and this felt like built in back support when I had it on, however it was not what I was initially looking for lol. So I then got the medium and it did exactly what a waist trainer is supposed to do! I'm happy with both purchases because the large unexpectedly gives me back support which I need when working and the medium takes care of my waist training desires. I love this faja, I wear it daily even when I’m working but after 8 hours it starts to get uncomfortable, and it’s hard to sit in I wear this to fix my posture and to make me more snatched. My waist is about 30 inches but wearing it I’m 27 inches and I have gotten use to standing tall so my back doesn’t hurt like it used to. The only thing is I got the wrong size I bought a L but a M came instead it was on sale so i didn’t really care to return it fit me just as good but also I’m just lazy to return. I recommend this faja just be careful for the sizing.

i would say this waist trainer is OKAY. i got the smallest size and it still wasn’t tight enough for me, if anything if was actually pretty big. maybe that’s just how the company makes them but overall it wasn’t bad. since it didn’t fit, it felt pretty weird to wear. the quality was just fine and you can’t really notice it under your clothes!!

I wanted a waist trainer to start but didn't want to pay too much on one. I like this one to start with. I did measure my waist and went with the correct size I could have sized down but that's okay. I do sweat with it and that's a good thing.
