However, this original Orlando Tomato Frito is an intense, sweet tomato sauce made from fried tomatoes, fresh garlic and onions that preserves the nutritious richness of the ingredients and will give much more flavour to dishes than either tinned tomatoes or Italian passata. It is gluten and additive-free, made only from locally sourced tomatoes from la Rioja & Navarra close to where the factory is located.
