I was really very excited about this Abs exercise roller. Super easy to put together. Did a quick workout and it rebounded nicely never had lower back strain which is why I chose this option. You can feel your abs right after using the ab roller. The elbow pads are super comfortable and they make the workout more convenient for beginners.

Very nice fitness product in very good price. very good quality. the best thing i loved is the mat to be honest other than the roller . definitely roller is the main thing i bought for the stomach exercise but the mat for the knees will be very helpful as i have a little; problem in one of my knee and i cant put that knee directly on the ground / floor. so yes it is also true that i ordered this product because of this plus one also . so yes comfortable using it.can be used on the carpeted floor also .quite sturdy material. Me and my wife both are using it and much hopefully we will be getting results also if we would keep going on consistently which is more difficult tbh lolzzz.the stretch feels while doing it on the whole stomach and lower abdomen keeps the hope alive actually :D :P

I always prefer to use products for ab exercise and had previously used a normal roller in this regard, but after seeing an advertisement on Facebook for this type of device, I went ahead and ordered it. I've been using this product for about a week now and am really pleased with the results. It is quite simple to use for smooth exercising.

if you're a big guy you wont be able to use this
