Still seeing if they make a difference
They do have a wool smell to them - well they would as that's what they are made from, but the smell does not seem to transfer. I have only used about 3 times, should use more when I get into winter. Not sure they have really shortened the drying time made things fluffier yet - but going to give them more time. Everything arrived on time and they come in a cute little bag - makes them neater when not being used.

Works well
This product works well stops washing being tangled up. Can't say I noticed a difference in time to dry stuff though.

HanaMoon Wool Tumble Dryer Balls - nicely made but not up to claims
I was pleased to receive this pack of 6 100% wool tumble dryer balls.I was taken by the seller's claim that these would reduce drying time by up to 30% and, always being energy conscious, this appealed to me.The balls themselves are made with 100% organic New Zealand wool, said to be free from chemicals, synthetics, and fillers, are hypo-allergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. Good claims in this eco-conscious age and I have to say I was impressed with the quality of these balls. Even the storage bag was decent and ideal to keep inside the tumble dryer when not in use.My first test with these was with a load of towels (both hand and bath size) since these always take me 50 minutes on high heat to dry properly. Everything else I tumble dry can be on low heat but not towels. I felt this would be a good test because anything that will reduce the drying time of towels, and so reduce energy consumption, would be good. I placed the timer on 40 minutes and let the cycle run. When I opened the tumble dryer door the towels were still damp, exactly as they would have been without the balls, and so they needed another 10 minutes.I know tumble dryer balls help to prevent static, clothes wrapping around themselves, keep everything moving and tumbling but, sadly, these balls did not live up to the seller's claims that they "work wonders in reducing drying time by up to 30%. That means you can save energy, reduce your carbon footprint, and enjoy softer, fluffier clothes without any hassle." They did not reduce drying time at all and the items in the tumble drier were not fluffier or softer in any way. From my experience using them, I can only give a 3 star rating based on the quality of manufacture of the balls themselves. For me, they did not live up to the seller's claims.

Great value
Not sure how these work but they seem to do cut down on drying time, but I haven’t done any scientific experiments with them but I would say there is a definite decrease in drying time.

Great size
They have a farm-like smell when they arrived but I put them in the wash, add a little of lavender oil and now they're perfect!
