Beautifuly designed
It is a petite item, easy to handle for areas around the eye. Comes with beautiful storage bag, gel, and battery. Drawback is that it requires AAA battery to work.

SHOCKING… literally!
perhaps it’s the fact you have to be touching the metal part in order it for it to make the connection that causes an ark to shock you when you touch your skin to it. But I use this for sinus pressure under my eyes and I do not want to get shocked, no matter how minor it is! it is very flimsy plastic and low quality. I would not recommend it.
