Comfortable pillow
At first I wasn't sure about this pillow, but when I tried to go back to a normal pillow I realised that it was working very well. The mask isn't the most comfortable thing to wear and as you move sometimes a little air leaks out around the seal and you have to readjust your head position. This best positioning is reached sooner with the pillow and I have been sleeping extremely well and must therefore confirm that the product is good.

Ok but try a hose holder first
It's ok but since getting a hose holder which keeps the hose out of the way I have gone back to my favourite old pillow. If I'd got the holder first i would not have purchased this and saved a nice bit of cash.

A must buy!
I wish I had bought this 3 years ago when I first was diagnosed with sleep apnoea! I have struggled to get comfortable on normal pillows, pushing them into various shapes to allow me to sleep on my sides, and also to stop the nasal mask from being slightly tilted out of position and then "leaking and blowing" cold air into my eyes.I can settle much quicker without having to move my head merely a few millimetres to stop the afore mentioned problems, and also not end up in a forced and uncomfortable position, with resulting neck ache!I chose not to go for the memory foam, as I find that rather too firm. I am a "large" woman (hence the sleep apnoea), and this size pillow is just right, although I do place a very thin pillow underneath, just to get my head and shoulders in correct alignment. Another big plus point is I have less strap marks and pressure sore points around my noseI don't normally rate goods bought online, but felt that if there are other people dithering as to whether to get one of these pillows, then I hope I can persuade you to try it. I must pursue the manufacturers, Putnams, for a pillow second cover, to make laundering easier. Perhaps they could put information in with the pillow of how to purchase them.I can't comment on durability as yet, but it seems very well made. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Makes all the difference for me
This has made so much difference for me in being able to use my CPAP mask comfortably - I no longer keep waking up having to adjust it from it dislodging on my movement in sleep. It has also improved my sleep posture so that I no longer wake with neck and shoulder pain, that I was getting from laying awkwardly trying to keep the mask on properly. It is pricey, but I've had it over 6 months now and what price quality sleep. (although since so many people give up on CPAP (and I was one of them) you'd think the NHS would provide it as it makes that much difference that I think a lot more people would keep using it and then need less appointments so in the long run surely this would save them money on appointments for a relatively small (to them) outlay on the pillows, which I have suggested to my clinician) Some time I will get a spare pillowcase but haven't had to since it is easy to handwash in the morning and dries very quickly so you can use it again the same night.I did initially try putting a regular pillowcase on it while washing the proper one, as another reviewer suggested, but this drastically reduced the efficiency of the pillow with the pillowcase fabric tending to block the cutouts. Not a good idea.

A must for sleeping with a CPAP.
This is a great pillow for CPAP. It's the second one I've bought the large last time but it wasn't right for me. It's important to get the right size. I use one pillow and I tend to sleep on my front so the medium pillow has been better for me. It looks strange and very small but the shape means that I can sleep on my side and my front without affecting the mask. I have no marks on my face in the morning too. I wouldn't have any other pillow now.
