Team Magnus Tundra wolf sledge with steering, twin brakes snow racer for two kids or a teenager – quality sled w high weight tolerance and quick assembly

We ordered this a couple of weeks ago to be well ahead of any winter rush. Last snow season we watched other families enjoy these sledges and our kids had a few shots on other people's. They are so cool and so much fun! You have control over steering and brake power and they're just funky bits of kit out in the snow.Easy to assemble, our 2 boys (age 13 & 12) put it together themselves when it arrived in its box. All the tools and pieces were there, a bit of concentration required, but it was ready to go in 20mins. Now we just hope that our part of the world gets some decent snow this year!

Great quality, simple to put together. Easily fits two children or 1 adult. Fingers crossed for some snow soon!

Arrived two days early which was good. The box had holes in it which was a little odd. When I cam e to put it together the instructions seemed simple but the reality required a drill, a grinder, new bolts and a whole lot of brute force. The seat needed two people to twist it into position to bolt it down. The runners went on fine. The steering column had been badly measured and as you can see in the photo, was 8mm out. The scratched line is the furthest down I could reach and its well above the hole. No amount of jiggling or pushing can make up for that distance. I tried to drill the hole downwards but gave up. I then removed 8mm from the bottom of the plastic steering steering wheel so that the holes aligned and I could put the bolt in. However, the bolt is too short and only tightened about a half turn. It popped and I lost the nut on my first test run. Back to the machine shop and I replaced the steering bolts top and bottom with longer bolts. I'll add wing nuts later for on the fly tightening. By the way, most of the supplied tools didn't fit anything. Once out on the bunny slope, I realised that while this is rated for 100kg, at 170cm (5ft7) my knees were around my ears. Sliding back meant the nose went up and I fell off the back. There is no possibility of an adult reaching the foot brakes as they are too high. Hand operation recommended! All that said, I think my 10yo will enjoy it once I've finished all the annoyingly necessary mods. The run is smooth despite minimal snow and it already beats the existing sled on the one test run I took it on. Last note, take your own tools and extra nuts and bolts when you go out on the slopes! If it had been easy to build the rating would have been 4 out of 5

Dieser Schlitten kommt hauptsächlich zusammengebaut, erfordert aber einige Abschnitte (Läufer, Sitz, Lenkung), die miteinander verschraubt werden sollen (einfach, mit Werkzeug zur Verfügung gestellt). Der größte Teil des Körpers besteht aus Metall, und wenn er zusammengebaut wird, scheint er sehr robust zu sein - ich habe keine Bedenken bezüglich seiner Stärke, wie es einige der anderen Kritiker getan haben. Es ist bisher für frischen und ziemlich eisigen Schnee geeignet.Es ist einfach für meine Kinder zu verwenden, und wichtig, die Bremse funktioniert gut! Es ist also ein guter, lustiger Schlitten. Meine Kinder und ich würden es empfehlen.

Très bon produit de qualité. Nous rentrons du ski et nos enfants de 6 et 9 ans ont adoré cette nouvelle luge avec un vrai volant et des freins ! Un adulte peut facilement s'asseoir derrière l'enfant, et elle n'est pas trop lourde pour la remonter ensuite !La livraison était rapide et le produit bien empaqueté. Le montage était facile et bien expliqué.Je recommande vivement !

The sled came on time with some parts pre-assembled so it only took a few minutes to put the whole thing together. The instructions were easy to follow and came with a clear diagram on how to assemble the rest of the sled.The kids haven't been on it yet but they love the 'wolf' design and can't wait to get going!. Would definitely recommend based on just the easy assembly and high quality - looking forward to an early snowfall this year.
