Great product, wireless remote with high beam
The media could not be loaded. Works great on my dl1700. What I noticed is that I have to be on the smart mode to use remote , confined by finally reading the manual that smart is required to use remote to turn on or off. Once smart mode is left off so for so lo g it goes from standby back to completely off to save battery. You will need to push the button once manually on the light itself and the blue light will start blinking again and it's in standby mode once again ready to use the remote. Won't turn on in regular mode but once tuned on manually funcrions work as normal, not sure why it doesn't work on normal mode but I do like smart mode anyways so I use that mode more.

nice, but not perfect
Nice remote. I have my light mounted "upside down" - under the bars - so it's great to be able to adjust intensity and change modes from on top of my handle bars. However, (at least on mine...) you cannot turn the light on or off from this. That's a bit of a disappointment. Would be 5-star if I could turn it on and off from the remote.Feels good quality, though, nice clicky feel to the buttons, appears rugged. Has not moved at all since i put it on - no walking along the bar, no swiveling around under it.
