I received in a very good package.I tried without water but the taste is so weird so had to use water.I have been using this tablet for a week after meal and its seems like it's working. It helps changing my mood and I feel good which really help me focusing on my day to day task.Would recommend 👍

Nice packaging, it makes the product feel somehow more precious - round paper box and inside is securely nested small dark glass jar.I have read about shilajit a lot but never really tried it before, probably put off by the dark goopy matter (called a humus on one website).This shilajit comes in the tablet form and tablets are teeny tiny, black and sleek.Shilajit developed over centuries from the slow decomposition of plants in the rock of Himalayas and it seems it is a very precious preserved "dirt" nowadays. Mainly source of Fulvic And Humic acid.There is 90 tablets, 200mg shilajit each tablet. One tablet to be taken once or twice daily.My objectives for taking it - it is an adaptogen.It is said to reduce anxiety and stress, it is anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant, promotes healthy ageing. There is so many benefits listed on the web but I just concentrate on what I think/I want it to affect.Apparently it is also stimulating fat metabolism and suppressing the appetite. Supports fertility etc.When put into mouth it has a super strong intense taste, very potent, hard to describe. I threw away by accident the tiny leaflet inserted inside and I only distinctly remember it could be dissolved under the tongue; but the taste is not great so maybe I am making it up now.Anyway, I do let it dissolve under my tongue and although it is so strong I actually don't mind now and have a good feeling about it.Not sure but it seems it somehow energises me/rebalances me; it can be taken before workout for strength and focus so I think it works for me that way - making me sharper and more focused.It is quite difficult with these "magical" new age things to pinpoint what exactly they do and how but shilajit has been used for centuries.

The media could not be loaded.  As per promised in the video (which covers the product), the affects after a couple of weeks of trailing this product is positive.The taste isn't great however, I do have a better general overall wellbeing, I am sleeping better, whether this is a combination of this product and a new pillow I have, I could not rule this out.

Like the thought of this being a natural product that has health benefits.The taste is not nice for me so needed to swallow them whole .I used it for a month but unfortunately haven't seen any benefits yet.

I was very excited to do so as I have digestive issues, ie IBS and LPR Reflux; and having anything alkaline definitely helps the reflux. I have been following an alkaline lifestyle for years and used to having high quantities of alkaline products.I have been trying out these Shijajit tablets for about a week now, taking them twice a day.I started feeling dizzy almost straight away; and also my stomach has burning sensations on and off throughout the night or day. Those were the negatives.The positives were that I had stopped coughing as much but the dizziness and burning sensations are a little bit too much for me. I feel dizzy so much that it is hard to get anything done or move as I'm so dizzy.I have a TBI as well; but am not usually dizzy; this is off the charts dizzy.I like the benefits that Shilajit can bring; and I really wanted to like it; which is why I have peservered through the dizziness for this long; and also the heart burn and stomach burning sensations on and off. I'm very used to taking strong alkaline products so this surprises me; and have never felt dizzy taking any strong alkaline drinks; which has left me very confused.The stomach burning sensations today have lasted all day as has the dizziness and that is just very uncomfortable so I'm going to stop taking this brand.What I'm going to do is start experimenting with the liquid version ie the one where you take just a little and mix it with water; as that is said to be purer (so I read) and I want to see if I have the same effects. I will update in due course.It's a huge shame; as I've been alkalinising since 2008 so this isn't new to me although Shilajit is.

Condensed / fossilized humus is not exactly the correct description, but it's not off by too much. I'm not an expert and this is a review of a product, not a health lecture, but just on my thinking about it - the idea that our gut microbes and the resulting organism that we are might have evolved and developed in tandem with the things in the soil we ate over the millennia might actually make a lot of sense. Hm. So, to the product itself. Never having taken Shilajit before, I can't say if the pills are better or worse than the traditional resin, but my instinct says that they are probably easier to take and easier to maintain a consistent dose with. It is doubled packaged to keep light out of the container. The small, inner glass bottle is mounted firmly in an outer cardboard cylinder. The 90 pills are each about the size of a baby aspirin, but a little thicker. They taste like ... like... I don't know what. Burnt plastic is closest. You're supposed to have it with water and something in your stomach, and that's good advice. They are tolerable, but not pleasant. These are not tremendously strong at 200 mg, but I am definitely feeling the effects after taking them daily for a couple of weeks. I feel as though I am more energetic, and thinking better. And I'm hungrier! It made me a little dizzy for the first two days, and it really was almost as if someone was using a scrubbing brush inside of my head. I cut down to only one pill a day, and that seems to be working well for me. My husband is also taking one pill a day, as these are supposed to be very good for men with low testosterone. I haven't noticed a huge difference in personal areas, but he's more present, more active and aware and less passive. He has taken maca for men before – another soil growing adaptogen - and it had similar results, but too strongly. He became almost aggressive. I'm not seeing aggression here, just a reduction in passivity and a more present self. So I think this is working, but more gently than the maca did. Again, I am new to Shilajit, so I regret I can't compare it to other versions. But my results have been positive so far.

I believe in holistic health and taking supplements and vitamins that are good for us. Having never heard of these tablets, I wanted to try them. I do wish the product description had more detailed information on trace minerals and the benefits of taking their supplement. They barely had any information so I had to do a general information search on trace minerals.Many times it is hard to determine if a supplement is making a difference without specific before and after blood work. I did reduce the current supplement regime I was taking to see if I noticed a difference. I have not, however, that said, these are trace minerals which are very important for our bodies. The taste is terrible, like bad dirt, however if you swallow them, the taste is barely noticed. I will continue taking them because of the importance of having daily trace mineral intake.

It's worth it to read about the company to learn more about how they manufacture their products.I did feel a calm sense of energy boost - not like the jitters you get with caffeine. Overall a solid company and this product is nicely packaged if you want to present it as a gift.
