W-Audio EPX300 Professional 300W Stereo Power Amplifier EPX-300

This is a basic amplifier, with no unnecessary bells and whistles. It is slightly more expensive than others which at first sight may have similar performance, but dig down into the specifications and you will find that this one will beat them. Specs of others can be very misleading in particular to their power rating, often not showing true RMS ratings but peak music power, or quoting frequency response with no dB limits.I've not been disappointed with this unit.My only criticisms are that the rack-mount ears are not removable, which spoils the appearance somewhat if you want it desk-mounted, and that it would be nice if it had front handles/standoffs.
