Power Magic is a device that supplies power to BlackVue from car battery according to the configured voltage or the configured timer to prevent the battery of the vehicle being discharged. This optional addition should be considered if the BlackVue is going to be operated when a vehicle is turned off and the BlackVue Drive Recorder is still going to operate from the vehicle battery. Parking mode works as CCTV during your absence and it requires a permanent power supply. It automatically detects the motion near or on the outside of the car and starts recording audio/video for surveillance.The Power Magic is a device that automatically cuts the power to the BlackVue Drive Recorder according to the configured voltage - the power is cut if the voltage drops below the configured value, or the configured timer - the power is cut if the configured time has elapsed, to prevent the battery of the vehicle being discharged.The main difference between this regular Power Magic unit and the Power Magic Pro unit is that with the Pro you can have two simultaneous settings for when it cuts off power (Voltage & Timer).
