I love this spray. As an insomiac with anxiety issues I simply could not be without it. I have used it before but this is the first time ordering through Amazon so I am happy to now be able to do so.Firstly, the scent is beautiful and very calming. It lasts for ages without being overpowering. I spritz my pillow with it before bed and leave for a few seconds (otherwise the pillow case is ever so slightly damp but it dries in no time) then lie down and relax. It certainly helps me to unwind and encourages me to breathe through my nose. Another bonus is that it does not stain or leave residue on the pillow case.Secondly, when I feel anxious I mist it on a tissue to take out and about with me or a cushion to cuddle if I'm at home. Again, it helps to breathe though the nose so I don't hyperventilate during panic attacks. The scent aids in calming down and relaxing.I have tried other sprays and more expensive products but this is the one for me!

wow this is amazing, love the smell of this, not over powering at all like a room freshener would be. Just the right amountone of each side of my pillow. it feels really soothing unblocks my nose as well which help me a great deal to get a restfulsleep. as unusual amazon prime delivered just when i wanted them! i ordered mine directly from amazon I've used this quite a fewtimes and there is still plenty left in the handy size plastic bottle.I also want to add the clear plastic cap has a nice reassuring click so you know when its closed i just hate it on some other bottles the cap just sits on the nozzle

Really like the smell of this and it is very calming.HOWEVER. It leaves things a bit damp so you have to wait to get into bed or pat it down first and the smell is not that strong so does not last. It is refreshing but i do not smell it for that long whilst sleeping. Still glad i tried it :)

This stuff is really good. My son has always struggled to get to sleep and he's now nearly 9. I've tried lots of different products - the only other one that worked for a while was a natural product but it wasn't effective long term. I've been using this for weeks now and my son has fallen to sleep every night. I just spray each side of his pillow. Not only is it effective but it smells amazing too - I don't like the smell of lavender and worried when I saw the mauve label (thinking it was heavily lavender scented) but it's just a really lovely, fresh smell that has no particular, single smell - it's just very nice. It's also long lasting but because I don't want to be without now, have ordered another bottle!

This spray is okay! It smells pretty good but doesnt last for very long. Once its dry the smell just goes. Its a very artificial lavender scent & hasnt helped me sleep like other brands have. If you just like the smell of lavender it is a pretty good room spray.

At first I thought it was some kind of joke and then as the weeks went on I spray 2 sprays on each pillow and before I know it I’m a asleep I can’t sleep without it now the smell is lovely not too overpowering will be buying another bottle as nearly ran out I’ve had it just shy of 3 weeks and it’s the best thing I’ve bought in a long time

I was running out of my normal purchase but couldn't source it anywhere so I thought I would try this.It is as good, or maqbe slightly better than what I had before. It genuinely does help me sleep better when sprayed over the pillows. It doesn't seem to cause any long term staining.As to longevity (of scent) there is still a faint hint in the morning

My partner has been having trouble with his sleep during the winter months for YEARS. I sent him this in the mail as a surprise, and he was confused, reluctant and doubtful at first, but if you fast-forward months later, he still uses it every night, and I now have this on Subscribe & Save to be sure that he never runs-out. It gives him lovely, peaceful sleep, and it shows, because now he is more lively during-the-day. Highly recommended for insomniacs, SAD sufferers, etc.

A heavenly aromatic smell that relaxes and makes you chill. However, it doesn't make you fall asleep, or at least this is not what I experience. But it really smells heavenly, I bought another piece after this one has been delivered to me <3

Horrible product. It wets your pillow and stained it with a strange smell.
