Very good warm sensation on those aching bits

Texture good and goes into skin well. On first use it felt like it was burning skin so do t use overnight on first use or you might not sleep but subsequent uses there was no burn? Don't rub with bare hands as it doesn’t wash off and any contact with eyes or other sensitive parts will be really painful. NHS offers capsaicin cream which is similar if you need a lot and often but this is good for one off use or if required quickly.

If you want heat, then this is the one for you it reminds me of what I used to buy Friery Jack which I used for years, but because of these euro nut, nuts you cannot purchase or buy anymore, shame, shame, shame, but this product is not bad, it's not as hot as friery Jack for me but it is hot if you like heat on your problem areas, it's good enough to do the job, it could also be much thicker so as to rub in for much longer as the massage also helps.

It really does warm up the area. You can feelIt working.

The relief I get from this is fantastic!Feels hotter on skin than deep heat but without the lingering smell from it, I find it smells quite pleasant in the tub. I will be investing in a couple of the smaller sizes to place in my handbags.Please however use sparingly, especially the first time, I didn't use sparingly and thought my back was on fire! First time I tried it, I did a three finger dunk and smeared it over my shoulder. Within minutes it got warm, then very warm. The pain in my shoulder had completely gone. Felt like a sun burn, but now I use two finger dunk and rub it in. This stuff is brilliant for aches and pains. Be careful of sensitive areas, and wash your hands afterwards. You don't want to go to the toilet before washing your hands first.

This is fab, I was surprised by the bad reviews. The gel heated up immediately and lasted. Better value that the heated forever aloe gel I got from my chiropractor, the heat sorted my muscle in my arm and lower back. The smell was pleasant, I cannot understand the ones who left a bad review. I highly recommend this, good value for money for the large tub. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews, buy it n try.
