Easy to trim and fit inside the shoe. I ordered 2 other pairs after trying this first one. They offer some cushioning but no arch support. After wearing for a couple of months I hand washed and air dried and slipped them back inside my shoes. I am happy to be able to go sockless during the summer without ruining the inside of my shoes. If I were to wear socks with these liners, I would need to wear a shoe a half size larger.
