I had this product installed as part of a master bath renovation. The best part and tricky part was the plumbing. I opted not to use rain head on wall bar extender but instead placed it center from ceiling. Love it! It's like standing in the rain. With just the water control and handheld , it leaves only 2 fixtures on the wall. It made the beauty of the marble and glass of the walk-in shower more dramatic and eye catching. I've seen a similar product a little cheaper but this was well worth the money.

I bough two systems the last November for two remodeling bathrooms, the work finished on March, since that day the water hammer has not stopped, as per plumber inspection and opinion the noise comes from shower valve. How can I fix this problems, which company and place can I send my warranty claim?. Thank you.

Was fine for about 6 months but the valve is messed up and doesn’t control pressure anymore. How do I contact for warranty?

The shower wand does not sit into the fixture like described and a plumber installed the set. The holes that the water comes out of from the head are constantly getting clogged, if the head is not sitting perfectly level then water will not come out of all the holes/not at the same pressure. During instillation, one of the rubber holes was shoved into the head and cannot be retrieved.

Plumber installed it in May 2018. Everything was good until last week (about 1 year later) when the hose for the shower wand started leaking. Hopefully nothing else leaks...

I love my new shower faucet and rain shower head! Sleek, beautiful, and easy to control the water temperature. The water flow from the shower is luxurious compared to my old one that barely got you wet! I looked around a lot to find a product that wasn't plastic. This is a quality product and a great value. I had a contractor install a new shower unit and this faucet and shower head and he had no problems with the installation.

It is both beautiful and well made. The hot and cold are backwards according to what we are accustomed to in the US. Instead of the top of the handle dictating the temperature, with this, you go by the direction the BOTTOM of the handle is pointing. It was wrapped and packages well. My plumber stated it is high quality compared to the average shower system you see in the U.S I highly recommend this.

It is rusting in less than 2 years of being installed!
