Hard to find dog food
Dogs love this food , but it is so expensive

Great dry dog food
It costs a bit more than some but is more reasonable than others. My dogs like it and it has helped them both lose weight!

Try new food
I was using a different food for my male bulldog, he did well for 3 years but started to upset his stomach, so I changed his food to Canidae. He is doing much better and no stomach issuesI wish there were different flavors

Dogs love it
One of my dogs have a lot of allergy and this food works great for her. All other foods with these pure ingredients are much more expensive...and I have three dogs so what I feed 1 i have to feed all. It was great finding this product.

Actually weight control
It seems a lot of the so called weight control foods actually put weight on your dog. At least did in the case of my dog. They don’t seem to be filling enough. This food fills my 130 lb dog and both he a my picky eater both like the flavor. I definitely recommend this one if you need something more filling that your dog will actually eat.

Kibble is VERY hard
I was trying to replace the dog food I had because my dog wasn't getting the nutrients needed in its diet. She had started eating plants and dirt more and more the longer I kept her on the food. I purchased this after doing some research where it was one of the recommended brands for nutrient-rich food. My Pit Bull ate it for a few days before refusing to each much of it. I could get her to eat a few bites but when I watched her eat, I noticed the crunch was VERY loud in comparison to her previous food. Also very loud in comparison to her new food. Even though she only ate it for a few days it did seem to help her nutrient intake. She started to eat fewer plants and no dirt. I could have gotten a bad batch or something but I would recommend testing a small bag first before committing to it.

This food made my dog very sick
My dog had been eating this food from April to July. Seemed fine. When she started the 3rd bag in July, she got very sick. Diarrhea, vomiting, dizzy, shaking. Vet couldn't find anything wrong. She went on a chicken and rice diet for about 5 days and started getting better. Back on the food, she got very sick again. Threw away the bag of food and ordered another bag. Couple days of chicken and rice. Then started the new bag. Very sick again. My conclusion is that there is something very bad in this food lately. She eats a different food now and is ok.
