As good as it gets. Read the users guide and follow it
This is our 2nd wet Dry vacuum and works better for our needs than the Shark model of similar price, that we also like. I am not sure what additional benefits are offered by the ones 2-3 times the price. We recommend this one!The big difference is that this machine has two rollers working in opposite directions at the same time, scrubbing dirt into the vacuum. That makes it feel almost like a hovercraft when you use it. The big difference to the Shark is that this one does not leave much moisture on the flor regardless of what direction you move. MUCH easier to use.It cleans very well - the picture shows the dirty water tank after mopping a not visibly dirty floor that was vacuumed minutes prior. It is full of black water. Up to you if you want to vacuum first.Important /helpful advice:- Pouring the prescriber 2 1/2 caps of cleaning liquid into the clean water tank without using a funnel is next to impossible. You will spill half, so consider buying a small funnel along with the mop.- Unless you switch to quick dry mode, it will leave streaks of water. This uses more power, but recharging is quick and easy.- There is a downside to the howercraft sensation. You will feel like you can move it super fast, but the slower you move, the cleaner it gets - and some hard stains may require you to stay in one place for some time.- The rollers are off center. Only one side can get real close to the wall- The digital battery readout makes it appear like the battery is depleting very fast - but it isn't. Use it until the water tank alarm sounds and place it in the charger while you attend to that. It charges fast and with that little pitstop we are cleaning 1500 sqft in one go.- It comes with 2 sets of rollers. 2nd set is there for a reason. They are not spares. Immediately after EVERY use, run the self clean cycle. Then replace the rollers with dry rollers and clean the dirty, wet rollers under hot water and let them dry. "parking studs" for this are on the charging platform, but we prefer drying ours in the wind/sun outside - faster and you don't have to worry about the run-off water. Even if just used for a few minutes, the rollers will be wet and start smelling real bad in a day or two if not dried. The water will seep into the charging tray, but the rollers will be resting in the dirty water. You will find this out the hard way when you use it to clean next time and your floor smells like wet dog!

Meets Expectations! 4.5 stars
I’ve owned this for 4 months now and here is my review:Pros:-Streak free clean! My floors look nicer when I use this versus a mop.-Battery Life has been fantastic. I can do about 100sq ft without going below 40% battery. No decline in battery life thus far (4 months in).-Easy to disassemble parts for cleaning.-Comes with 2nd set of rollers.Cons:-Instructions are Chinese garbage so you just have to wing it to put the pieces together and figure out modes, but it’s doable.-Mine leaks when I go over thresholds or have to pick it up. (My floors drop down a level in certain rooms.) - but this isn’t a huge deal for me. I just carry a rag and wipe it up as I go, or come back later with a wet rag to wipe it up.Addressing issues other reviewers had:-Leakage during self cleaning is only going to happen if it’s not sitting on the base correctly. You’ll quickly get the hang of how it should look/feel when it goes on the base properly-The guy that had no return water coming into his dirty tank must’ve gotten a dud. My dirty tank is nearly as full as my clean water every time.-After 4 months the squeegee parts on my mop are still perfectly straight. I’m not having any issues with that as of yet.Tips!- The self-cleaning is a nice pre-wash/internal wash, but you still need to take it all apart and clean all the parts after each use. (Takes me about 10 minutes). I run a bristle brush over the rollers with some Dawn and then rinse to get them extra clean. I also spray the rollers and dirty water tank with Force of Nature disinfecting spray to sanitize.

Same issue as others with squeegee being bent and broken.
Tried several times to get a hold of manufacturer/seller via every means possible through Amazon, their published phone numbers, emails and we sites during warranty window and never received a response or call after many many attempts to get them to cover a broken appliance in the warranty window they claim the product has. No response.I’m not paid for my responses and I don’t get anything for free but I do work hard for my money and will always provide a truthful review!Real wood floors may suffer when it sprays the cleaner and the rollers can’t get it back up. Leaves very visible streaks and lines as a result of tons of liquid left on your floors by the machine to air dry. Basically a very expensive mop that smears spent water all over your floors because the squeegee part is completely bent and folded over. It does run across the rollers like it should. The machine cannot operate as advertised. Which is sad. That’s the least expensive part of the machine and the seller wont stand by that. We’ve even offered to fix ourselves if they can supply the part perhaps from a returned machine. Something tells me because they just don’t answer the warranty calls they don’t get machines returned to even have parts.I’m really disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of response or customer service. Clearly they don’t stand by their product and the warranty is a joke. A warranty is only as good as the response you get to cover it. I won’t support companies like these. Why take the chance on these people. Just buy something else from someone more reputable and far more than 100 reviews that have a pretty significant number in the 1-2 star range. There are far too many superior competitors on the market to deal with people just out to take your money.Every machine will have problems but this is just embarrassing. They can’t even stand by the 2 rubber squeegee parts that should be a quick on off replacement.Bought a different one far superior to this at the same price point. Expensive lesson. I hope this review helps consumers make a better choice and this seller to just be better and answer the customers back or you’ll find yourself in a class action. I doubt very seriously I’m the only one given the lengths I went to in order to get my appliance serviced in the warranty window which has now just expired.Even now with my review they still have not attempted to make good on the warranty. Enter into a business arrangement with these people at your own risk. ⛔️
