I got the white 1.5w bendable gooseneck lamp option. (I took some photos showing how much of a newspaper it lights up. Let me know if you find them helpful.)This is a small LED table top lamp by Yoocool that’s great for task lighting. It illuminates a small desk area brightly with cool (not warm) colored light without taking up a lot of space. It’s not bright enough to use as a makeup light.The base is made of plastic and is in a streamlined smooth panel that's easy to wipe down. It curves up on the two sides so the base can be unstable if you accidentally press on the sides. It turns on with a light touch on the buttonless sensor. There are 3 levels of light brightness. The light can be directed in any direction for direct or indirect lighting. I like that it’s rechargeable and can be moved to any location. It can also be used while plugged in. It comes with a usb cord but does not come with a power adapter. (I plug it into an outlet strip that has usb ports.)I found it useful for task lighting for small small areas and also surprisingly useful for accenting a painting on the wall.

I bought this lamp for my desk to add some keyboard illumination. It worked great. Then I was painting some miniature figurines and didn't have enough light, and again the little light worked great. It was convenient that it didn't have to be plugged in all the time and the battery life was pretty good. Then the power went out and boy did this thing put in work. It was light enough to carry with me around the house to collect other light sources and bright enough to light up the whole room. And since the charger is a usb, I could use one of my power banks to recharge it with no problem. I just ordered two more.

It's an OK lamp. The pros is that it takes almost zero space, it's really portable and the cable bends accordingly. The touch button is a nice feature too. The bad news is that the battery does not last long (at least mine), not even 2 hours in the medium light intensity. Of course if you keep the charger connected, the light intensity is restored, but then again why get a rechargeable lamp if I need to keep it connected all the time. In addition, the area that the lamp covers with light is relatively small. That's the two main reasons I removed two stars from my review. This lamp would be great for occasional reading while sitting on the sofa or in the bed, but not for studying for a long time on a desk (which I originally got it for).

The lamp comes in a box new. The lamp has 3 brightness setting, going from dimmest to brightest. The brightest setting is perfect for me when I want to do some late night drawing, also good for reading. The button for lamp has a touch sensor and is sensitive to the touch (which I like). The clip is roughly 2 inches at its max, so anything with a thickness less than that is perfect. The clamp spring is really tight which is awesome for rough use without worry of it falling off. It also has a bit of grip on the inside of the clamp and bottom adding a bit more hold. The lamp comes with a USB cord without the box. It's fine without it because who doesn't have a extra one lying around. The cord is about 3 feet long. The lamp is able to be used without having cable pluged in since it has a battery. Havn't seen how long battery lasts though. The neck is really flexible and holds really well to what ever angles you put it in. Overall this lamp is made really well and I would recommend it for the cost. At the moment I have no issues. Hope this review helps.

I didnt rate 5 because the clip is a little short and small and I cant really use it to clamp on anything but the lamp I LOVE! I work in a small office with 5 others and a whole wall of windows. We like keeping the blinds closed 98% of the time . . . . We like our "den of darkness" and having this definitely helps! I get migraines often so having different levels of light especially helps! It doesnt overheat and, not that I timed it, it doesnt have to stay plugged in all the time and lasts long without the plug! Ive twisted the neck of the light to either just highlight my keyboard or away from my face, or for travel and the neck doesnt loosen or stay bent. It stays in that position without fail all day. It straightens right back up the way it should when I right it!

This lamp was really nice for only 6 months. Not sure if maybe I got a defective lamp but the bulbs are now extremely dim even on the highest setting now. It also wont turn off anymore, even on the "off" setting it's still very faintly on. I really did like this lamps sleek design and portability being able to fold up. But mind you that this lamp only sat only my office desk. So it didn't go through any abuse of any kind. I'm really disappointed that it seems to be dying/damaged after 6 months.I guess I got what I paid for!

I like the portability of this product. Ideally it holds a charge and provides task lighting. I use it when I am coloring and it’s ideal for the task or even in the middle of the night on the lowest setting so I do not wake my spouse. It has 3 settings. When the lamp is plugged in they are pretty bright. However, it dims considerably when it is not plugged in and I doubt it could maintain a charge for any significant amount of time. I’m not sure if mine is defective, but it’s been this way since I purchased it. I mention this because the cord is SHORT.
