Excellent price, seems very well made
I smoke a tobacco pipe periodically, and I'm not into fancy/expensive pipes. This product is just fine, and if I get behind in my pipe cleaning tasks I'll just throw it out and buy a new one, since the pipe is so inexpensive.

Good for Amazon
Most pipes on Amazon aren't even worth picking up. This one is quite nice, it smokes well but can become quite hot quite easily. Good for a quicker smoke.

Great value!
There's a few things I really like about this pipe. First, the look of the pipe. The shape of the pipe with the partially bent stem appeals to me and the color of the pipe really sets it apart from cheap corn cob pipes. Second, the value. It's very nice to be starting out as a smoker and adding a pipe to the collection for the price of a few ounces of tobacco. Two comments about the pipe. The first time I ordered this pipe, there was a crack in the bowl that ran straight up from where the stem connects. Amazon was great about allowing me to return the pipe (even after being smoked once) and I ordered a replacement the next day. Also, in the beginning, there was a slight taste of "finish" or "coloring" during the first few smokes. This has gone away after a few smokes. I am attributing this to life with a cheap pipe.

great pipe
I have always loved pipes and they are getting hard to find and I like a simple one. this one is made very well, it won't fall apart or break. it won't burn up on the inside like some cheaper ones will. it's very easy smoke and comes with a filter tube which I like and buy extras as need. if you nice simple, sturdy pipe at good price look no further

You'll have to modify it somewhat.
It doesn't have an internal chamfer to stop your screen from going all the way to the bottom of the bowl. When you cut in your own using a jack knife it shaves like it's a soft plastic, though it looks like wood and the shavings smell like wood. I should have bought the regular super hard cured corn cob I've had such good luck with for years. It's base is so small it tips over on any bump of a table and it rolls back and forth emptying itself handily on your cloth table setting, scorches and all. I strongly suggest just waiting to afford a nice pipe around 50-60 bucks. A pipe cradle, good wood (think Grabo*). Reduce the struggles. If you need a quickie as an interim then go for it but you'll end up drawering this as backup in case of loss of your real pipe.

The shank is too big in diameter it will burn a hole with time (30 days if you smoke a lot)
Don't buy this product, it is poorly made and expensive for its quality. The shank doesn't fit in the bowel, it gets loose with time since it needs to be glued, also the bottom is poorly made you will never be able to smoke all the tobacco, even by fixing it using pipe mud it wont work, since the shank inside diameter is too big.Another point is, the wood is of low quality, a crack appeared in the bowel with only 30 days of use.The next point, since the shank inside diameter is absurdly big, something like 10mm, tobacco will get inside of it with time and burns inside of it, also burning the shank. You can see in the picture the kind of damage that is caused due this defect over time.I tried to get a refund or a replacement, with the manufacturer. Which said "It looks like the pipe may have gotten set down on something like a cigarette or other burning object. That’s really the only way to get a burn mark like that on the shank. Since the damage was not due to a defect in the pipe itself, I’m sorry but we won’t be able to replace it for you."In resume, this was the most expensive pipe I have ever bought and the worst one, I bought all my pipes in Brazil.
