Comfortable for all sitting types.
The biggest selling point for me for this chair was the foot rest and it did not disappoint with some minor adjustments. I struggle to sit with my feet flat on the ground for longer periods of time. During work from home I found myself sitting cross legged or with one leg up on my chair more and more. Most chairs seat struggle to accommodate that given their size so the footrest was a brilliant addition. The footrest however is not super stable when extended all the way out. My solution was to flip it out and then push it back in so it was flush to the seat cushion to give me that extra space to sit with a leg propped up or crossed.Assembly was very simple. The wheels were the only challenge in figuring out how they fit in. After a few tries it was easy to get them all in. I did also find that I was missing a plate to cover up some screws but it was purely cosmetic so it’s not the biggest problem. When the chair is in a neutral resting position it may feel like the backrest is leaning a bit too far forward but this is a reclining chair with a lever that can lock the backrest into any position you’d like.My only real complain about this chair is that the armrests are a bit awkwardly shaped and wobbly even when put in properly. I understand they’re the specific shape because of the recline but I’m still not the biggest fan. But for the price this chair is much more affordable and comfortable then what you could pick up in most office supply stores same day.**Edit/update**Make sure to keep the tools you got to assemble this. The arm rests tend to get loose if you lean against them. Nothing really wrong with that, it only takes a few seconds to re-tighten the screws. I need to tighten them about once a month.

The best chair I've ever had
It took me about 30 minutes to put together by myself (with "help" from my 3yr old).Instructions were pretty clear. It was packaged so nice there wasn't really any mess left after (like styrofoam flakes).I'm a 220lb 5'4" gamer/college student, so I spend a LOT of time at my desk. I hate having my feet touch the floor so I always have it as high as it will go and often sit criss cross which eventually ends up hurting. This chair goes up just high enough that my feet are off the floor, I have room to cross my legs, but also the foot rest makes it so I can cross them in front of me which is so much better. The head rest fits my neck perfectly and the mesh of the back of the chair makes it so I don't get unbearably hot during this heat wave. The cushion is also VERY padded, so for me at least, it's extremely comfortable.

worth the money
i'm just a college student, so finding a desk chair (for over a year) with the features i want in my price range has been difficult. but, i stumbled upon this chair without even trying, and i'm happy how things turned out.i don't have many preferences in a desk chair, as long as it has padding, a mesh back, and it's wide enough for me to cross my legs comfortably. this chair has everything and a pillow, armrests, headrest, footrest, and tilting mechanism!support: the mesh back feels great against the back—no complaints. the lumbar pillow is quite small and i don't find it useful, so i just keep it in the back holder. the armrests can't be adjusted so beware of the height of your desk. the tilting mechanism and height adjustability are good, however, i find that their levers are a bit too far in the back, so i find it difficult to adjust the chair easily. the headrest can be adjusted low enough (and can be adjusted higher for taller people) for me to comfortably lay my head back. 4/5 stars.easy to assemble: the instructions are easy to follow and had all the correct parts. the biggest shock, though, was how heavy the chair was. it was actually difficult for me to transport the box from my front door to my bedroom. i'd say it's definitely possible to assemble this chair on your own, but an extra set of hands would be ideal. 5/5 stars.comfort: i don't have any back issues, so i think the padding is quite standard. however, it is advertised that the armrests are padded, but they're really not. it's actually just thick fabric, but you can still feel the hard metal. i don't typically lean on the armrests, so i don't find it an issue. the footrest is a HUGE plus; i'm 5'2 and depending on how i lay, it ends from my calves to my ankles. i also like to sit with my leg up, which the footrest allows me to do. my biggest complaint is the fabric. personally, the fabric is not soft and quite irritating to my skin, especially when i'm wearing shorts, so i keep a thin blanket over the seat. overall, the chair is quite comfortable. 4/5 stars.

Poor quality chair - don't waste your money
Update: the gas cylinder does not hold the chair up anymore. I am a tall guy, so this is a big ergonomic problem. Also, I am not overweight, so the chair should hold me up. I advise anyone to search for a different chair, and I plan on replacing it myself. This is ridiculous because I have had the chair for just over a year and I only use it roughly 3 days a week on average, as I work onsite other days.Overall, it is decently comfortable chair. But the quality of the components is poor. The arm rests and reclining back screws have to be tighten every month or two because they come loose. But the biggest problem is the gas lift cylinder for the height of the chair does not hold its position throughout a workday anymore. It wasn't a problem for almost the first year of owning the chair (starting first around the 9-10 month mark). But now I am on month 14 of using the chair (3 days a week on average because I also work onsite), and it will not last throughout the workday - very annoying to have to adjust it multiple times throughout the day.I would not recommend buying this chair.
