The parachute really comes in handy for speed training. Cones are very nice and easy to clean. Ladder is a bit fragile be careful not to put it on really high grass. . All and all amazing purchase.

My son ordered this through my account & I see him in the backyard working hard with it. The yellow cones appear to help him train & stay focused. I hate that he leaves them in my backyard but that another story. The item works well for resistance & is very durable.
