I read the manual on this, used the wax for their designated areas and was SOREly (pun-y) disappointed. It worked on my husband, I slapped a bit on his leg for kicks and giggles and it left a really clean spot just missing a few of his thick hairs. When I used it on myself no matter what wax, no matter the place, it just pulled my skin and left all of my hair.It's definitely not painless as it says in it's title, but we all know waxing can suck. This wax can work if you have thick body hair, if your a female with thinner body hair it's just not going to grip at all on what you want it to.So it's not a dud product, just will not work for everyone.I did not have a problem with the heating mechanism failing as other reviewers did, although it is very hard to find the best temperature for the wax to keep it warm but not scalding and not lumpy.

This was my first experience using hair removal cream, I'm glad to say it didn't burn or anything like some of the reviews stated but it also did not get the job done. I did a test area first and waited the full 10 minutes. It worked okay, still some stubble but mostly clean. Then I tried it on both of my legs, let me tell you this bottle is not big enough. The amount you have to cake on for the desired effect requires you to use half the bottle to get both legs done. Afterwards I was left disappointed that I still had to go at them with a razor but to my surprise the product left the remaining stubble weak and limp, I could not use a razor to get rid of it! Luckily it only lasted a day and I was able to shave like normal again but the point of this product, at least for me, would be to eliminate shaving all together. If you are using it for thinner hairs and smaller areas like your face I imagine it would work fine. It just wasn't what I had hoped for.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this product. I've used it once. The wax melted pretty quickly. The biggest drawbacks are that:1. the wax bags it comes with are not labeled. its a best guess to which body part they should be used on2. the wax is super stringy, which can be annoying when you're using it on your face especiallyI used the yellow wax for my lip and brows based on other reviews and it worked fine for me. It did hurt when I used it on my lip the way salon waxes have hurt. Brows were pretty painless.

I've been using these for the past 6 weeks or so and they do the job! I'm quite impressed with the quality, very soft, no shedding even after a few washes still in great shape as I purchased. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had a small tapered blending brush, maybe a fan brush for highlighting in place of a couple of similar small shadow brushes.The beauty blender and small brush cleaner come in handy! Both are great and I've been using regularly. It's a great starter kit and you can't beat the price for what you get.

Does the job which is heating up and melting the wax. However, it does get VERY hot and it seems like the temperature control doesn’t work, it seems like it just stays extremely burning hot. The wax that came with it smells like chemical but it will remove 85% of hair especially around bikini area. Probably wouldn’t buy again but it was worth the money I suppose. I’ll be keeping the product to use, but will definitely be getting different wax.

I am really liking these makeup brushes. I've only every used a blusher brush and a powder puff...now I'm using brushes for almost everything... from foundation to blusher to eye shadow to my setting powder.They are soft and comfortable to use. They seem to hold their shape well...and I continue to put the netting back on after each use to help them retain their shape.The coverage they provide is great...and I think it helps me use less...and that's a bonus since makeup is so expensive these days. And I LOVE the foundation brush..I'm wondering how I ever got by without one.My only complaint? I wish, as a beginner, there was a list of which brush to use for what!I will definitely keep this company on my radar for other products!

Arrived earlier than expected and had all of the items shown. The Wax Worked well on arm pits but not so well on my legs. Warmer does the job and has a metal bar to wipe off excess wax from the pop-sickle stick. My only qualm is I plan to try to purchase a better quality wax to do my legs with. Overall very satisfied with the product and price.

I wanted to get a better feel to hair removal than shaving and didn't want to go to a salon. Sometimes it's just better to let the professionals do it. The wax didn't adhere or remove hair the way I feel it should. The box doesn't describe the wax types like the item description does. No matter the setting the wax was stringy and had fly-aways.
