Mini-Fist Fire Poi come with 3/16 Technora and weight roughly 70 grams. You will get a solid 2.5-3 minute burn time depending on your spin style and fuel mixture. These heads are roughly 2 1/4 inch in diameter. Super light heads and medium flames are perfect for the beginner fire performer. We recommend no hardware other then the 3 inches of chain by the head.
