Excited to try out my Phoenix Spinner!! First one I have owned so I wasn't sure what to expect but reading reviews I had pretty high expectations. I ordered this brand and another to have a comparison. Received my Phoenix first, good weight, good construction, great color... the spin however was sub par for what I expected and felt a tad bit off balance... of course what do I know, this is my first one, maybe thats as good as they get. I decided to email the company and I received a VERY QUICK reply. No games, no fuss, they took responsibility, told me not to settle on something I was not happy with, and they had already put another one on order to be sent to me! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've received in probably 10 years!! My new spinner came and its GREAT!! Good balance, smooth spin... definitely met my higher expectations. I'm glad I didn't settle. (P.S. I got the other spinner in the mail from the other company I ordered from and while not terrible, it does not match the quality of the Phoenix at all.) I have already told about 7 people about Phoenix; they really liked mine. Thank you Phoenix Spinners for a great product and awesome customer service! I'll be back!

My 13 year old son asked if he could purchase this spinner for school. He has Aspergers and attends a therauputic school. This type of assistance device is encouraged. He wanted something of his own since they're required to share most of the devices, which means that he may not be able to use it daily. I'd never heard of a spinner until my son pulled this item up on Amazon. I know that he looked into several on the site, but chose this one overall. He seemed very pleased when he opened it. He commented that he really liked the box that it came in. He said that it is of good quality and has a nice weight to it. After using it for a few weeks, he reported that it has really been helping him to focus, and that his classmates are always asking to use it. His teacher has reported that he has made great improvement in subjects that he's not a big fan of, and I am thrilled. I received excellent customer service from the seller, and it's evident that he really takes pride in his product, and values his customers' satisfaction. I highly recommend this spinner!!!

I searched thoroughly for a good quality spinner for adults to use for stress. I did an internet search to find reviews on best "adult fidget spinners." This was one of the spinners that was featured among 5 brands. The tipping point for me was the company's extended WARRANTY for 5 years (and very simple registration of the product). You will get at least 3 minutes of spin time. It's not too heavy but it is heavier than other spinners I've used. I see that as a trade off for its sturdiness. There is a slight sound, it spins very fast and there's a slight vibration (which I prefer and find soothing). This is a good price for the quality of the product and with a warranty. Received the product promptly.

We have set some ground rules about the spinners like about not having them at the table unless we are out to eat and don't have food yet. They can take their spinners to school but are not to use them while the teacher is talking. It does distract them every once in a while from staying on task but I believe that is mainly because they are new and we are all still learning. Also, I don't know how, but my 6-year old has already torn out the black and silver rings - they were given to them while I was out of town and by the time I returned, these parts were missing. However, the spinner does still work. They come very neatly packaged as if it were a nice piece of jewelry in a velvet bag and black box. It made my kiddos feel pretty darn special!

I originally gave this spinner 5 stars. When it arrived it came in a nice box and came with a bag to keep it in; however, now that I've had it a few weeks I'm finding that the center bearing is not that good or something is off. It has gone down to spinning for only about 30-35 seconds. I thought maybe it got dirty so I blew it out to remove dust. No change. Tried silicone lube. No change. Removed silicone lube. No change. Tried WD-40 and still at around 30-35 seconds. Sadly, while it comes looking nice and presented well, and working pretty well, it quickly degrades. And I have to say the people that make it seem to really care about it's quality since they contacted me shortly after receiving it to make sure I was happy with it. I appreciate that. But I don't think they have their product down to a science yet. It needs to be balanced better and it needs higher quality bearings, and maybe even with a recommended lube. I'd go with a better one until this is improved. Do some YouTube research and get the ones that can consistently spin for a minimum of 3 minutes or more. I got it as a toy, but 30 seconds is just depressing and would probably upset someone with ADHD.I cannot recommend this anymore.

my grandkids love it, BUT be careful the center cap can and does come off easily and Phoenix says for some reason they do not have parts for a product they build and sell. After buying two of them guess they want me to buy a third NOT.

This is by far the best hand spinner I have. First spin out of the box was over three minutes. The packaging was excellent and the carrying bag is a nice touch. My only complaint is that there is only one color currently.EDIT: After about a day of use, the spin time has been reduced to about 1:30 and it has gotten quite loud. Not sure why this has happened, as I own several other hand spinners and none have had this issue.

I got this for my daughter, who has Tourette's and OCD. It really helps her stay calm and focused, and she really likes it.It seems to be very solid and well-made and has a very smooth and quiet spinning action. It spins for a long, long time, both when held and when set on the table. Unlike her last one, which broke twice, this one has a central hub that can sit flat on a table or balanced on a fingertip for spinning.

Very happy. Just as expected. :)
