This product feels well made. Sturdy, seams appear intact and able to sustain usage. It definitely does run on the small size. I was going to order the small size (by using the company sizing chart), but after reading some reviews (and the small size was more $$ than the medium size-??), I went with the medium. Glad I did. Never would have been able to get the small sized one on. Ordered white. Again, glad I did as it won't show underneath my shirts. It takes some effort to pull on, but held up after the battle was over. Buy again? Yes.

I bought this for my husband who is in his late 40’s. He wasn’t thrilled with me at first lol Then after trying it he realized how nicely this works. It arrived quickly. The material is smooth, soft, breathable and cooling. It does what it says. It is a great compression shirt. The black is simple and slimming and look nice and smooth under any type of shirt. It works well for large bellies and chests. It has a nice shape to it. It has washed up well after repeated washings. I highly recommend and have told others about it. It would be a good idea to order multiple of these so you don’t have to wash frequently although they seem to stay pretty clean and odor free. I’ve heard compression clothing can possibly help blood flow to muscles, and can help during physical activities. The shirt is flattering and shows defined muscles definition and body shape if you have that going on. It can also be layered under loose -fitting clothing for structure and support. It won’t make you lose any weight of course but it will give you the appearance of doing so. Overall very pleased with this compression shirt and highly recommend.

OK and nice

Maybe my expectations were too high but I expected a little bit more then what I got in saying that I'm still reasonably happy with the results but at the end of the day I think I just need to lose a little bit more weight.

Not really. I feel more compression around the belly than chest. Not sure how long the compression will last over time. It won't hide a big lunch but will make you conscious about your belly. Yeah it's ok, but doesn't give me confidence. Package was vacuum sealed and arrived earlier than expected.
