Excellent patch. Reduced pain immediately. Works well for relief and comfort. Only disadvantage is peeling it off from your skin.

I have bone on bone knee pain works really well for pain but there a burning sensation which is somewhat uncomfortable

I have used this product for about 4 weeks. It's OK but I didn't notice much of a difference. One of the main ingredients is the same as Ben-Gay. I rotated between a knee brace and this product and between the two I preferred the brace. Both just OK helped but the brace is paid for once and the patches need to be reordered. The covering of the "sticky" part is very difficult to remove. It would be helpful if the designer put a very small non-sticky area on the patch. I have Bone-on-Bone so consider that when making a decision. I am knee brace full time now when I exercise.

I tried this product on my knees. It did help with the pain with its heating action but it left bruises on my knees from removing the patch. So I replaced one type of pain with another type of pain.

When you placed them, your body is nice and clean. They do not stay in place. There’s nothing like the original ones. They help some but they most definitely do not stay in place first time buying them. I would not buy them again.

With my job I’m on my feet 7 to 10 hours a shift depending if I work 8’s or 12’s. These patches stay where you put them, relieve the pain, and are Not bulky so you don’t see them. I’ve put them on my knees and hip joint and I’m able to do my job little to no limping, pain or tears from the pain. I would and have recommended them.
