PYvideo Backup Camera Kit Toyota Tacoma (2009-2013) for Factory Radio

Works good.... hooked up to stock flat screen 2013 Toyota Tacoma... have to remove drivers seat kick panel and lower panels on the floor and the tail gate bolts to access and install camera I remove all the stock wiring from tail gate to plug in under truck. put camera in ran new wiring following the wiring harness witch starts out on passenger side back then to the drivers side up over gas tank to a small plug with one wire in it (under truck) by frame. use that to go into the cab of truck along the door jams , look for red wire its the second one down or( u tube to find) (its the reverse safety switch wire) have to remove stereo install extra wire to (pin 28)its red with black.( comes with kit)to stereo. now this go's to the reverse safety switch.by the kick panel have to run separate . wire and the other 2 red wires one is in the harness with the yellow rca jack with red wire and extra plug the plugs into the stereo will be the other red wire tie those together ( part of kit) instruction for that part don't give a lot of good instructions for the wiring part SOO...hope this helps I u-tube for removal of panels helps a lot.. Over all time was about 3 hours start to finish depending on experience.

Installed on a 2013 Tacoma; great product as it works as intended. Installation was a little bit difficult as the instructions were not the best. It was possible but took much longer than necessary if the instructions were written better. As mentioned in the other reviews the pin was hard to get into the slot when hookinh up the camera. Also to my surprise the camera was installed upside down in the housing with and there was a stripped screw that held it in place. Luckily we were able to remove the camera and reorient it in the proper direction. The lines on the camera are accurate but they are a little crooked, I can tell since the red line lines up exactly with my bumper, hitting the red line means you will hit the bumper.

This was surprisingly easy to install! The instruction are somewhat lacking but it's so simple it doesn't matter. Customer support via phone was excellent. My only issue was that the trigger wire was very difficult to insert into the 28-pin connector; I think the pin may have been bent however I got it to function with a little force.

Very easy install for my 2013 Tacoma with factory Entune. And the color lines in the camera view are very accurate

A great addition to the Truck. It took about 1 hour to install (being fussy on how I ran the cable took the most time) The instructions were clear and correct and there were no modifications needed to the device to make it work. I recommend it to any Tacoma owner that this camera was designed for.
