It is made out of Eco Friendly felt. This felt ornament is hand stitched and only the red cup is stuffed. Any of our ornaments look wonderful as decorations on packages and make great gifts as well. The ornament measures about 3" wide and 5" tall (not including the hanger loop). This is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of small children. All of our ornaments are handmade in the U.S.A.
