Ionic POSITION Stand Protective Case for Samsung Galaxy Note II Note 2 N7100 (Purple)

----------an AMENDMENT to the review I wrote in 2nd paragraph: This morning I was running around and didn't get a chance to slip on the lanyard that is attached to this phone. THUS, it FELL out of my hands and the case FLIPPED open (because it's just closed by simple, weak magnet) and it CRACKED the SCREEN of my BEAUTIFUL, EXPENSIVE (even with 2 yr contract), SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2!!!!!! I have insurance on the phone ($11/month) and found out that due to this phone and some deductible regarding the insurance, to have the phone replaced will cost me a WHOPPING $200!!!!!!! I paid only $83 more for it a few weeks ago when I got the phone! I want to blame the case for the accident for flipping open so easily but lesson learned for me. I have to admit it's easy to just flip open and access bc it's magnet but man...it is HORRIBLE PROTECTION since it CRACKED MY SCREEN by opening up by itself and has set me back another $283 (since I refuse to go through the long process of submitting an insurance claim)******SO IN CONCLUSION: WEAR THE LANYARD ON YOUR WRIST AT ALL TIMES! IF YOU DROP IT THE CASE MAY FLIP OPEN AND DAMAGE YOUR PHONE JUST LIKE IT DID TO ME!********whereas a few days ago I wrote:PRICE AND QUALITY AWESOME!TOOK a while to get to me (compared to other two items I purchased at same time) but was within stated timeframe. Looks just as I thought it would. I love the HANDy strap! I thought the case closed by snag button but I'm glad it doesn't because I'm sure over time that could pop off so I like how it closes by magnet and it doesn't ever flip open by itself even though the whole thing is hanging off my wrist!The added benefit is finally my phone can sit up (like my old EVO that had a kick stand) so I can watch movies but the magnetic tab is somewhat in the way of the screen. I tucked a piece of it behind the plastic encasement that holds the phone and that has helped.I also like how there are two slots for my credit cards but am a little afraid to use them. We will see if they ever get used for credit cards--and there's only space for TWO. Maybe for notes?So glad I have this case now my phone can't slip and slide around onto the floor like it had been the first few weeks I had the phone.

This product for good at first but later on, the grip holding the cell phone keeps dropping my phone. It somehow got very loose and wasn't holding/gripping the phone good anymore. That's definitely something they need to address given that my cell phone got a crack on it after it fell off the case, just 4 weeks after purchase. Needless to say I am not a happy customer!

What I was needing was a "bumpered rim" that runs entirely around the phone to provide protection. From the photos, we thought this case had that, but does not. I had already had one case similar to this one that when I dropped my phone the phone came out of the case and of course landed screen-side down on concrete; broken horrifically. This cover protects the screen from scratches and has the convenience of the carry strap and slots for license and credit card - but simply does NOT offer the protection I need to prevent another breakage if the phone is dropped. Sorry!

I like this for outings but it isn't my everyday case. Working around the cover for photos is awkward but I knew it would be. I bought another case that I like more but will use this case when I don't want to carry a purse. I wish phones today still had loops to attach wristlets or lanyards.

Truely not happy with this case! The magnet does not stay shut and phone is not secure. My phone fell out of this case twice. And that's two times to many. For the value of my phone I need a case that will secure my phone. I will be returning this one.

This case is sturdy, yet elegant. It offers the added advantage of 2 card slots (for Drivers License and/or Credit card). There is also a cord attached, so you can carry it like a wristlet. The phone itself fits snugly into the holder, which is attached inside the outer cover. I believe it provides adequate protection.

This is an awsome case! It is made of very high quality materials and the purple and white color combination is just right. This case is not bulky and is very slim and sleek. The magnetic clasp is also a plus. I also like the angle viewing that this case provides when you don't want to hold the phone.

The cover does not allow for easy removal of stylus pen and the stand does not support the phone for any length of time!

Got this to protect my samsung galaxy note II.. I had it for 6 months now and still looks bran new. Ive dropped my phone a few times and has protected it very well (no damage) All my friends ask my where did I get my cover from as you dont see these in the shops. I defently will be recommending this products to family and friends.

A great case in a great colour. If you haven't discovered Sugru yet then you should use it on the corners to make rubber bumpers so the rubber holds the expensive phone in and doesn't bounce out when you drop it. Sugru!! amazing stuff.

This case looks great and fits perfectly.Off-gasing from materials or adhesives used to make this case results in a pretty intense smell for a couple of days.Stand position option isn't great - no real "stop/catch" to hold it in the standing position.Magnetic snap closure works fine but may not be safe near credit cards and debit carts?Safety strap is pretty thin - I would never carry my $700 Note II around by this strapProduct is satisfactory in function and pretty fine in appearance.
