Pace Edwards(SWC95A17 Switchblade Tonneau Cover, Black

I have owned pickups all my life but this is the first bed cover I have owned, so I have no comparisons. This fully met my expectations, easy to install, functions great, locks (as long as you have a locking tailgate), looks good too. I have a 2017 Silverado with a standard box. One thing not mentioned (until you read the installation instructions) is that you need to open up two drain holes to 3/4” for the drain tubes on each side of the front of your box (on my model). This is simple with a bi-metal hole saw, just a little tough with a brand new truck.As mentioned in some reviews, some water will still get in, and also makes some noise that can be heard if you have an opening rear window, I find both of these issues minimal. I would be considered a fussy person and this meets expectations.

Wanted something that opened and retracted easily from tailgate. This product delivered on those aspects to my satisfaction. It easily closes buy pulling attached strap. Sits level with bed and quality of product being built is USA is comforting. The canister does take away a bit of your bed space, but not that much. If needed the whole Switchblade cover can be removed in less than 10 min. Overall I'm happy with my choice considering the dizzying array of cover choices out there. I am holding back from giving 5 stars due to the space you lose from the canister, otherwise it deserves 5 stars.

Installed in about an hour - easy task.

I just received the cover and installed it just a few minutes ago. My first impressions are that it is a good overall cover but lacks in a few areas.PROS-super easy installation-Looks great-Great priceCONS-Not water tight but will shed most of it.-fit and finish is slightly lacking-Not as stiff as some competitive modelsI'm basing my review off previous experience with both roll n lock and truck covers USA tonneaus. For the price point the pace edwards can't be beat. If you have a budget get this cover, if you must have perfection get a Truck Covers brand.

This is what it looks like after 3 to 4 years! Do not waste your money! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I AM FIGHTING THIS WITH BBB. Do not make the same mistake I made! Spend your money wisely! Do your research! Stay away from pace edwards company and leer!
