Great product, very sturdy and well made

bought this for restaurant use. The unit packaging is very user friendly. Unit appears pretty sturdy and was very easy to install. Install Instructions if you use them are a little unclear. Good sturdy sprayer nozzle is best feature. only down side would be cheapness of the add on faucet ,but don't let that deter you

Decent but not the best. For the price is rite. Could not find any marking on it for NSF the O ring leaked after a weak.

This kit comes with everything except the threaded pipe needed to hook the faucet to the sink and water line. I had to make this piece at my job with the threader because I couldn't find the pieces needed at Lowes home depot and a plumbing supply house. The piece that I did found was only sold in an install kit from the plumbing supply house and was like 60 bucks so I just made it myself. Been installed for about 2 months in my backyard under the patio cover. I have had 0 issues with it so far. No leaks and I really like this setup I would recommend for sure.

The product my look nice, and it may even stay functional for 3 months.....maybe.....I bought this I think in late October. it was installed professionally in December and went into light use in February..And started to fail pretty much immediatedly. Leaks over all the unit from day one on. several layers of teflon tape did solve that.Until it didnt and we had to replace the tape. But that are small problems. Because after about 3 months (small bakery, open 3 days a week)the spray head would not stop sparying and leak. Already pretty much fed up with the quality of this crappy thing I ordered a $70 new spray head.of course it would fit because this people use a weird kind of size and thread, SO I thought I contact them to figure out what the thread is.....oh sweet summer child me, little did I know. 3 calls 3 promised call backs, no call back, but each time they tried to sell me their own crap spray head, that comes with 30 day warranty. Right......fool me once.I wrote an email, tons of usless answers, asking for an order number which they got. Until I finally got this email (things not by yescom can break easily and not knowing what thread! Works great easy install. Needed for a Christ Based discipleship program I work with. Other option for single hole were hard to find an ran $500-700. This worked great and didn't require me to replumb.

I got this faucet to use in a home brewery in my garage. I attached it to a standard restaurant-grade stainless steel sink. Assembly and installation was easy, although the instructions indicated some assembly steps that apparently were done at the factory, so there was some confusion there.Another oddity is that the faucet handles are pushed back to turn them on. Every other faucet I've used you pull the handles forward to turn them on.The one aggravating thing I ran into is that the metal bar that stabilizes the sprayer pipe is too long. The sink and faucet would need to be a foot away from the wall, which is just not normal. I contacted the manufacturer, but they don't sell a shorter support, so I had to buy one from a 3rd party restaurant supply store.All in all, If I had to do it over again, I'd probably pick another brand.

I like the faucet very much last year I did not disconnect it in time before the frost and the mounting brackets were it mounts to the wall Frozen broke they are no good how can I order parts for this faucet is there a parts list and is there a source?
