I bought this set about 5 months ago. A friend and I did this treatment to eavhother’s Hair once in October and again in December. We both had fabulous results but learned a few things:My experience:I have wavyish hair that has been colored every 10 weeks or so for the past 15 years. It’s shoulder length and fine strands but I have a lot of hair.The first application was applied as directed and I used my CHI flat iron (only gets to 392 degrees according to advertising) and I left the treatment in for 2 overnights. The process took about 3.5 hours for both of us with one ty of distractions and interruptions from our kids. While the product was still in my hair, each day I would re-straighten my hair. When I washed it the first time, it was like heaven. The results were phenomenal and my morning hair-routine went from 30-45 minutes down to about 5, no exaggeration. My hair dried quickly and perfectly straight and I used the flat iron for a few touch-ups around my face. I made the mistake of assuming the shampoo and conditioner I was using st this time was sulfate-free... I was wrong 😒. The results were great for about 3 weeks then I realized my error and couldn’t wait to get together with my girlfriend again to re-do. In December I did the second treatment the same way and this time I washed my hair the following day. The results were just as good as leaving it in for 2 nights so I don’t think the length of time you wait before washing has anything to do with effectiveness. However, by ‘washing’ I mean I rinsed the stuff out of my hair thoroughly and then applied the mask and rinsed that and styled - so it wasn’t really washing I guess. Following this second treatment I used CHI Keratin shampoo and conditioner and applied the treatment mask that comes with this set about 1x week and the results have lasted about 7+ weeks. The aftercare products are VERY important in my experience! I just did a Keratin treatment at home yesterday (using a different brand just to compare/contrast) and I’m anxious to see if the results are the same.My Friend’s experience:She has shoulder-length hair that is occasionally colored. Her hair is thick and courser than mine with a very, very slight wave - just enough to require a flat iron to look polished.Following the treatment she couldn’t stand the feeling of the stuff in her hair so she rinsed it out and used the mask within a few hours of completing the process. She had heavenly results for the first 3 weeks then noticed a decline and realized she, too, had been using the wrong kind of shampoo and conditioner. After the second treatment (which she also washed out immediately) she used a Keratin shampoo and conditioner and used clarifying shampoo an couple times a week and has had consistently amazing results even currently.We each had 2 treatments (4 applications total) and there’s still enough left in this bottle for another treatment, maybe 2.I think this product is an amazing value and will almost certainly buy again.Added bonus, the treatment mask and clarifying shampoo smell really amazing!I purchased this product with my own money after hours of research and comparing products - no freebies here (although I’m not opposed to receiving them ~ hint-hint 😏)

Not as effective as the professional brands but it does make hair softer and more manageable. Make sure you use a fan while applying product and blow drying/flat ironing. A lot of fume which burns the eyes. Blow the fumes away from face!!

Was excited about this product. However it was delivered with damaged packaging and had leaked. a lot. And the smell was so strong that I didn't bother to reorder. Burned my eyes just opening the package

The size of the bottel looks bigger on the page than original.

Work is progress:Cons:The fumes! So it doesn't smell bad, there almost no smell to the product while you are applying but there are fumes that will make your eyes and nose hurt.Seriously hurt! Even with a fan blowing in my face I had to wrap a cloth around my nose and use gaggles!

Since I used this product I started loosing so much of my hair. Wouldn't recommend.

Mi cabello es grueso, con frizz y tengo por lo que me era imposible traerlo suelto. Al aplicarme este producto me ayudo muchisimo, ya no lo tengo esponjado y se ve como si me lo hubiera planchado, solo es necesario que lo deje secar solo y listo. Yo me aplique el producto en casa y me llevo unas 3 horas porque tengo muchisimo cabello y lo tengo largo, por lo que se deben de programar con tiempo si tienes esas caracteristicas en el cabello.
