Mini Halloween Witch Hat Headband with Veil - Halloween Costume - 7.5" x 6.5" Black

I bought after reading description. It's ok and is growing on me. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad little hat. I've included the sellers description and included my opinion. Good price, you get what you pay for. The Beautifully custom made, threw me. This is a good deal for a cute little hat. I'm happy to recommend.Item Description:Cute Mini Halloween Witch Hat ..... I think it's nylon (think inexpensive windbreaker from 70's) I tucked some tissue wrap to give it height. ***After leaving tissue in for a couple of hours the point of hat now stands up on its own.*** Yay!!I've included pictures. I like the mini hat but I had to adjust and pin the netting to my liking as it drapes over the whole head. The netting is very long.

It's exactly what it says it is but very poor quality. Thinking of trying to get crafty to make it exactly how I'd liked it to be.

They were wrinkled and squashed a bit but I put some paper in the hat and steamed them a little and they looked great!

Good price but still had strands if hot glue attached and the whole thing is kind of flimsy. A craft person could make this better.
