The containers are well made, labeled on top with the categories just like in 21DF and the booklet that came with it is actually a nice guide. I was surprised how much I liked the guide as I was just looking for cheap containers to supplement 21DF but I think the guide is great. Be prepared that these are very small containers and may be a shock to someone not used to proper portion sizes. I have a lot of experience with nutrition and portion control and I find the daily allowances to be spot on and satisfying.

I purchased two of these sets recently in the hopes of using them for weight loss and management. All in all the set is nice for the convenience of it. Each lid is labeled (Fruit, Vegetables, Carbs, etc) Because these are for weight loss and dieting, they are small, as they should be, but it's a bit of a surprise when you take them from the box. :) If you wanted to use these for all of your food (say you wanted to prepare in advance) you'd need to buy quite a few sets. Inside the box is a guide to explain how many servings of each thing are needed at different caloric intake levels and for loss or maintenance. There was no recipe book included.Remember that depending on how large or small the dice is on some of the foods you're using, you might be able to manipulate, to some degree, the amount of food you're fitting into each container.The easy open tab on the edge of the lids (on my set) are a bit brittle and one broke off within the first week of use. Sharp edge, but not a real big deal, still able to close tightly and perfectly usable.

VERY impressed with this product. I do the 21 day fix program but wasn't too keen on their containers. This product goes above competition by having the type of container "fruit, vegetable, carb, ECT) actually imprinted on the lids rather than having stickers. I also liked the laminated food group list provided. Will definitely be buying these again when I feel I need more containers.

I have been eyeing these containers for a long time and finally convinced myself to purchase it as a better life challenge. You do not realize what portions you're eating or missing out until you use these containers. I absolutely love them and would recommend it to anyone. These containers are so great, very high quality! I love that they are all labeled, and the e-book that came with the purchase is excellent. These were also the only portion control containers I could find where the label would not come off after a few uses, since they are etched into the plastic instead of placed over top like some other labeled containers that I saw. These are definitely worth buying! Helps to make healthy eating soo much easier, and these are perfect for the work out program and eating program that I am doing right now!

Ok. I ordered them for measuring portions and they certainly work for that purpose. The plastic seems a little ridged and the lids are not flexible like some storage containers, but they close securely. They have been through the dishwasher several times and have held up. I need more so I can take my leftovers to work. I think i will shop for an alternative befire I buy these again.

These are great! I am doing the 21 day fix program and these are helping me with my portion control. After you receive them, you get a downloadable book in your email explaining how to use them along with the worksheets to tally your food. I am glad I purchased these. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

OMG I love these! The only times in my life I've been at normal weight is when I take the time to make up a meal list and a grocery list and weight and measure everything that goes in my pie hole but that gets old sometimes. These little containers have been an awesome addition to my daily eating. They were so reasonable in price I six of them so I can just get my meals and/or ingredients ready for the next day and then grab and go - no weighing and no measuring necessary and in 7 days I lost 3 pounds without trying to. Easy to use, would recommend them to anyone that wants to eat healthier but doesn't want the to weigh, measure, or count points, etc. Oh, and you'll get a handy meal plan and recipe book from the seller shortly after your purchase which is also great if you are looking to lose weight.
