do there tweeters have replacement coils?

This is a bit more question than answer, but I see screws in the design which beg the question: What do you find when you take the screws out? The most common tweeters with replaceable coils were perhaps Foster/Fostex made first in Japan, then Taiwan and then China. I recently bought (direct from China) replacement coils for a good but unbranded tweeter (made in China) but physically exactly like a Foster/Fostex (in a USA made bass cabinet from a company that used Foster/Fostex Japan and then Taiwan originally years and years ago). Everyone thought it could not be repaired until you took it apart and saw a familiar replaceable short frame coil (phenolic not titanium diaphragm) inside. So I would suggest (that if you have a failed one) take those screws out and find out if there is a familiar replaceable coil inside that matches what you can order online at an unmentionable website directly from China. Until someone takes one apart and posts the pictures I am not sure you can just say "no". Some of these "cheap" parts are made in the same factories that the "fancy" ones were moved to x years ago to save money. And many turn out to be "slight" clones with little changed in the insides. I have not taken apart a PH44 but it looks quite similar to what I have in this cabinet.

Is this for car audio or home?

This compression driver can be used for either car audio or home, whichever you prefer.  The 200W rating is peak power, which is 100W program power, which is only 50 watts continuous power.  So do not put more than 50 watts into it continuously.  You will need a crossover network to prevent the low frequencies from being sent to this horn.  Although the specs state that this tweeter can produce 1Khz (1000 hz), this "tweeter" is way too small to be crossed over at that frequency.  I would use a 2000hz crossover with a 12db per octave slope... which means at 4000 hz (double the 2000hz crossover frequency, which is an octave above 2000hz), all low frequencies will be suppressed by 12db... thus preventing the tweeter from damage from low frequency input.

A bit more information.... the 200 watt max rating means peak power.  Program power is 100 watts, RMS power is then only 50 watts.  However, I wouldn't use a crossover point lower than 1500 hz with this tweeter.  Read about your Bose system to ensure that the high end section you are going to "tap" into has AT LEAST a crossover point of 1500, or higher.  Lastly, adding this 8 ohm tweeter will lower your OVERALL high frequency impedance, which will in turn affect the existing crossover point... for the internal Bose crossover network has been constructed for the Bose system at a certain impedance.  This lowering of overall high frequency impedance will probably DOUBLE the crossover point that your Bose internal crossover was designed to produce.  In other words, if the crossover point of the Bose system is designed to cross over at 1500 hz, adding this tweeter and its effect of lowering the impedance, will probably change that crossover point to 3000hz... which is actually safe to do, but you will lose the frequencies between 1500hz & 3000hz, because the mid section is designed to stop at the 1500hz point, while the high section WAS designed to take over at that point and continue upward to the higher frequencies.  In summary, it's safe to try... but you may not like the overall effect.  ... hope this helps somewhat :-)

Will these work in home stereo speakers?

I use them in my 1950's University designed bass reflex units and they work fine.  Be sure to use a proper crossover as you will want to protect them from low frequencies.  If I were to redo the project I might go with the wider designs which have a little better lower mid range response.  Nevertheless, I am quite content with what I have.
