Fits Narcan, but at a price.
I purchased this specifically to carry my issued Narcan on my duty belt. I’m a fairly large guy (40” waist). It fits the Narcan in original blister pouch perfectly, almost like it was made for it! But the problem is, only one dose will fit. Maybe outside the blister pack 2 might be able to fit but then I wonder about protection, inadvertent dosesGoing off, etc. And… as a larger guy I have plenty of real estate on my duty belt. This thing is large. It takes up slightly more real estate than a single ASP Federal style cuff case. If you are of smaller stature I doubt you have enough real estate on your gun belt for this case. I ended up having to move things around to accommodate it. Which put gear in weird places and made me feel very uncomfortable. It holds it well, the product seems well made, which is why I won’t completely nag on it as we are trying to make it work for something it wasn’t designed to do.I wasn’t a fan of the nylon belt loop but it fit for a leather duty belt perfectly well and was a SOB tocut off (don’t ask!) so props to quality in my mind! For the weeks I did carry it, it appeared to be a quality product and durable. The snap wasEffective and the pouch did it’s job. The basketweave option blended well (as expected) with my other duty gear.If you have the room on your belt and needto carry a pager, go for it! If you are (like I was) desperately looking for a solution to carry Narcan on your duty belt, maybe not the right choice unless you are of larger stature and can comfortably carry another pouch the size of a cuff case. And that’s only for one dose (which I guess is better than none!).I ended up cutting it off (again, long story, unless you ever had to reorganize a duty belt) and using a cargo pocket organizer to carry a single dose of Narcan and a couple of small items. YMMV.

What I wanted
Item is what I wanted for my duty belt however it arrived broken. The snap closure doesn’t snap. I like it well enough to not request a refund I’ll just add Velcro to it, for now I got a rubber band holding it closed.
