Why pay so much for a video head that does not pan? It makes using the head on other sticks worthless. Also leaves any pan moves up to you rotating the sticks. Buy the monopod separate and get the 502 head. Costs 15 more and gives you a 5 star monopod with a head you can change out for other sticks.

It is really helping with my video work and B roll. Very sturdy, easy to use, so glad I purchased this. The shipper did not ship as promised, which has nothing to do with the product itself - but I get tired of being told my Amazon Prime will get me a product in 2 days but the vendors do not ship on time and the 2 days really means nothing (to Amazon or the vendor).

I’ve used this more than any of my other video equipment (excluding the camera of course). This thing is clutch for all types of video shooting. The construction is solid and has held up really well.

I loved it.... but when I received my package it was damaged things are sticking out of it and I was scared that I might of lost something. I give a 5 star but I give the shipping and handling a 1 star

Tries to call Manfrotto and order broken connection at bottom base that snap clean off and no support. Through away the Manfrotto Xpro and order newer model. That one broke art the base a year later. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you only need it for a year. I am a SPORTS video guy and loved the product for a year. Compete Garbage for the price. I'm starting my youtube video review momentarily.
