Q: does this refill fit the AG7 model pen?

I am not sure. The packaging doesn't reference which Fisher pens this refill will work with, but it comes with an adapter which makes it longer. I use it without the adapter for the Fisher Space Bullet pen. According to the description on Amazon, this refill should fit most Fisher pens.

Q: Anybody know the actual size of the tip?

I'm not exactly sure what Tip your talking about but the end of the cartridge is just under 3/32" (0.086") which is just above 1/16" and the ball is about 3/64" (0.0469") which is just below 1/16". if you need more clarification I can measure the cartridge more.

No, it fits Parkers ( with the adapter) and fisher
